We wanted to book tickets to kenya and received a call from emaan travels. They told us the tickets are for 650GBP, so we asked to have it booked on the 16th asking them to do it with kenya airways. They asked us to pay the reservation fee of 200GBP, which is 50GBP per person. They then booked the tickets for the 13th first with swiss airline. Then booked it with kenya airways. When we told them we do not want it for the 13th, they said they can book it with virgin but will not give back the refund of 200GBP. They are now refusing to talk to us properly.
