We were without support for 2-3 days after we invested $2500 in television marketing! No body might contact us. These were informed to enter a mailbox number (a mail). It was not even our mail. The organization could not determine why it just happened. We've invested a lot of hours calling and worrying concerning the issues with their support but that one was a large issue that price people a lot of money! We're able to call-out but no body might contact us! Customer support was terrible and fix everyone was silly! We were informed they examined it out and also the telephone calls experienced? We've emails from individuals who stated they might not cope with and also the chef of the organization was one of these who got the voice-mail communication. Which was whenever we recognized the telephone was all messed up.
