In the centre of March I received a phone from ACS declaring that my funds for January and February hadnot been obtained. I examined and also the inspections have been banked. I told them-this plus they mentioned that I'd need to send copies of the inspections. I sent them copies 24 hours later. I acquired a call-back they were not obtained by mail and so I sent them-and was informed this could be solved in per week. I named per week later and was informed the fax was not obtained. I refaxed them-and waited per week and called back. No body might answer why my balances was not solved. I examined and included up the figures from my telephone bill and have been about the telephone together for more than 10 hours in per month looking to get things solved. Lastly today Apr. 13 it had been solved. I created more than 40 calls to them and received about 20 from their website. They'd banked my inspections and acknowledged them towards the incorrect balances. Which he'd informed them occurred since whenever we got copies of the inspections ACS had hand-written within the incorrect bill amount within the memo.

I'd not contact the 1-800 number to talk to customer support. You're moved from the nation to people you-can't barely comprehend. Call the amount 315 728 2200 to try and get customer support.
