After having issues with publishing a list to VRBO.com, I experimented with contact Customer Support for support (twice) and obtained standard responses which were no aid. I required a telephone number to keep in touch with somebody (they do not supply any telephone numbers) and was informed they don't keep in touch with their clients, only mail. I eventually delivered enough emails the customer support supervisor sent me and stated that she might contact me, which she did (on an unlisted number). She stated that there have been problems but blindly managed almost all their activities. I required a reimbursement many times with no outcomes.
I'd prevent the corporation no matter what as there's no importance positioned on customer support.
