Invested over an hour or so about the telephone with customer support seeking termination and reimbursement to get a product-we never obtained.organization declined to return the CC cost.organization threatened to hold on us since we'd not move from our reimbursement request.informed organization we'd contact FCC and Food with this criticism. They didn't care. We questioned the cost with this CC Organization who recognized extra grievances from different CC clients.
