I bought a $100 touchscreen telephone bundle from Wal Mart plus a $45 endless support card. The mobile phone was faulty and that I named Customer Support many times to obtain support. I ultimately was allegedly likely to be delivered a brand new telephone and payment moments for all those I bought but was not able to use. This new bundle was to be delivered to my tackle upon submitting my previous faulty telephone, using the charger and battery. I adopted the instructions: I had been sent a Fed-Ex prepaid cover using the Straighttalk tackle where faulty devices were delivered. I delivered the telephone, charger and battery and waited three months. After lacking obtained the brand new phone and phone card, I required the sixth time for you to request Customer Support concerning the telephone. Then they explained that my telephone number didn't occur and they had no purchases to deliver me payment due to their faulty item. The boss subsequently thought I had been laying concerning the entire experience and that I am presently attempting to possess the registered telephone calls subpoenaed to show that I had been offered a faulty item, subsequently lied to concerning the alternative, in addition to the therapy I obtained after I required aid. I'll NEVER use Straighttalk again!
