Had a faulty telephone still under guarantee changed having a restored telephone by Verizon. The restored telephone arrived with no battery or components. Verizon didn't inform you to us that people were to come back the faulty telephone for them.in January obtained my payment having a cost of $419.99, the retail cost of the FRESH telephone. Have delivered the faulty telephone, but it'll be 1-2 weeks before I'm paid for this. Verizon ripped us down by getting us to get a FRESH telephone once they offered us a RESTORED telephone with no battery or components! I'm likely to allow my agreement go out and change to some new provider!
