Worst company ever! Customer support is appaling. On-hold for three hours complete but still haven't had the opportunity to consult with a boss. Purchased a straighttalk telephone for my child along with a prepaid arrange for 3 months. The telephone immeditely smashed. StraightTalk decided to substitute it after I delivered back damaged telephone. I paid-for endless support for the whole period the telephone was out-of fee - about 12 times. They DECLINED to include twelve times of support towards the support I'd bought and so I basically taken care of something I really could not use. I'll document a with customer reviews. I'm sorry I actually became associated with the DISHONEST organization.
