Paid the annual fee for the first time last month and their web site continued to say my payment wasn't accepted. They ran the charge through twice with my credit card. Credit card company intervened and I received the second payment credited to my account.
They used to have a way to contact them for on line chat and if they couldn't assist you, you would get a 'real' person. I see all that has gone. Just a web site that says MagicTalk.com, not MagicJack.com. I can't access my voice mail and the only way I can retrieve our messages is to wait until they appear in our in box and download the voice message.
Both of the numbers that have been tossed about are informational numbers telling you how wonderful their web site is and where to click for assistance - lol - there's no such option to do anything like that. The other number is for billing only.
Too bad - works okay when it works but use it only as a back up. They started out with a great service - don't know what has happened to them. Looks to me like they're on automatic pilot.
