No customer service!!! Unable to get anyone at all. Online, states just click for live chat. Ha! I have clicked until my fingers are sore. All I want to do is get a RMA# so I can return and get re-imbursed for the magic jack which I received today. Yes, I have filled out the form to get my RMA#. Guess what, no amt of info is being accepted. I will return the magic jack with or without the RMA# and will be a very unhappy customer if my account isn't credited with whatever charge you have put on there which I wasn't even told what the charge would be.
