Magic Jack
No Chat assistance

I cannot get the voice mail portion of my magic jack service to work at all. Cannot listen or delete calls. The recording just keeps telling me to punch numbers.

Also need to change the e-mail associated with my account and after many many hours on "chat" they would simply disconnect me and not acknowledge.

Very disrespectful and unhelpful. I have used it so they will not refund even thought they keep sending me ads for the Plus.

Magic jack is sans sevice.
