Billing issue resolved

A few weeks before I had been going to eliminate Centurylink over payment problems. I would quit looking to get the problem solved. Joey (Centurylink) replied to my criticism below and that I approached him straight using the specifics.inside a week he were able to solve the problem, which because it ended up was brought on by my fatfingering within the bill number after I put up cost through my online billpay support. That wrong-number (off by one-digit) have been in position for atleast annually without any issues. Our guess is the fact that it ultimately triggered an issue after Centurylink alter their payment program. I appreciate Joey to take the full time to find the issue and I would like to understand how to repair it. No body else had troubled to achieve that, but simply repeatedly delivered the consideration concern to become personally reconciled month after month without calling me the main of the issue. I appreciate Joey for dealing with me and monitoring this along, however it happens in my experience that Centurylink has some function to complete on the account management procedures. I will consider the strike for typing the incorrect info originally, but there is no feedback procedure in position to I'd like to learn about it even if coping with customer support monthly by telephone.
