I've been a person for more than 5 years of CenturyLink, formerly Embarq, formerly Run DSL. I have been spending money on 5mb support because I registered. I did so obtain the rates I had been spending money on to start with however in the previous year the pace has continuously been decreasing. I am currently navigating around 1.5mb to 2mb. I named to protest concerning the rates and CenturyLink was so type to provide their fresh 10mb support and so I decided and had them do the change. Subsequently did need to alter anything in the COMPANY and that I was along to get a morningapproximately before it had been finished. Today I've 10mb support, but proceed to determine 1.5mb as much as 3mb at off-peak times. I named nowadays and was ostensibly informed they understand of the problem and therefore are likely to repair it. I requested when, they said no idea. Might be 30 days, might be 24 months was what I had been informed. This is actually the third-time I Have named in because the "update" to 10mb speeds. The prior twice I had been informed that I'd a problem in the region also it could be set per day or two. I am fed up with obtaining lied to and fed up with them receiving for support they cannot provide. I have actually attempted screening the support at 4am to determine if it had been a maximum/off peak problem without any greater rates.
