Disconnecting our service

I had been let go in regards to a year before. We recently decreased our home phone-line to conserve ourselves about 35.00. Centurylink disconnected our home phone-line instantly at our demand but charged people for another 8 weeks. We named and reported which ultimately led to the crediting back the costs to the statement.

In Regards to A month after, that people woke up one day to locate our web was shutoff. We named that day which been a Sunday to become informed by customer support our consideration was stopped, which we'd need to call-back that following Monday. We realized we were only a little behind on our statement, however the previous discussion with Centurylink customer support we suggested that people couldn't spend entirely, but we'd get swept up ASAP. Disconnection didn't seem to have now been a problem and we weren't informed our consideration could be stopped if we didn't spend the statement as a whole. After calling and worrying to customer support to become handed around with no great clarification to why our support was ended without any notice. It had been really a poor encounter I don't desire upon anybody, also it occurred about the weekend of Mom's Evening.

When they weren't THE ONLY REAL web supplier in the region, we'd have changed that evening.
