Verizon sent me a statement after I ended my support on 11/21/09. The statement is for providers from 11/17/09 to 12/16/09. After I named about this, I had been informed that since I have didn't stop my support about the end-of the payment period, I'd to pay for the entire statement. I had been informed that I closed a for this impact. After I requested to get a backup of the authorized agreement, I had been informed I really could not need it.
