Has someone else actually noticed a $28 cost on the Verizon Wireless statement for "Gear Costs"? Our first statement had this mystical cost. I purchased the cellular broadband card at Bestbuy, and was never informed about that cost. I combed over every-inch of the agreement I closed: not just one expression actually resembling "Gear Costs." I have had many mobile phones. I understand about fees and things like that. I am aware that. What I really couldnot cover my mind about was an "Gear Cost" for anything I obtained AT NO COST having a fresh two-year contract. I e mailed Verizon, and was informed that, simply because they could not access my account (Iam not laying about any of it, how could the organization Iam getting the support from not have the ability to access my bill?), I'dnot need to spend that cost. Okay. Great. The following month: not really a large package, but there is a $5 overdue payment for that "Gear Cost" I had been informed was taken off my statement. E mailed again, using the unique scenario quantity and consultant's title. Mounted. Thanks. Ideally it's not going to seem the following month. And hopefully it'll never seem in your statement.
