I bought two DroidX telephones having a two-year Verizon agreement from online store Tigerdirect.com. The telephones were marketed to be free. The purchase was created on March 17th. I get the telephones on march 21st, and ported over my two figures from T Mobile and activeted the Verizon support. Fourteen days later I recived a statement for $155, getting me for service activation, $60, and $90 for support. Verizon was getting me telephone support for that times used to donot have the telephones! The following statement I obtained was for $215 — prorated. I approached Verizon customer support and was handed the typical run around (move in one division to a different) without any obvious solution with no quality. Wath your statement!!!
