Firstly, support was to become productive in Sept of and was never triggered. I received my first statement in March of nevertheless no support, attempted to contact organization, would not answer their telephone (I had been calling from the land-line phone in a buddies' home). Obtained my next statement in December of however no support. After numerous efforts to get hold of organization from neighbors land line phone and not having the ability to keep in touch with anybody, I attempted to make contact with from the mobile phone, and shock! They responded! I offered the account number, and confirmation info, and required the organization remove the consideration, when I had never had support, and that I needed it established written down the statement could be terminated, and also the owner told me they have no method to verify on paper that my statement was terminated, and that I questioned about e mailing me a notice, to that we was also informed they couldn't get it done. It appears tome that the business that's about the up or more must have a way to allow their customer realize that they'll not be charged for support never obtained.
