I obtained a mobile call in June out of this organization called Bay Area Credit Support mentioned that I owed $125.00 from the overdue phone from January. I questioned why were they simply now calling me today, why they did not contact me faster. The owner advised me they delivered a declaration for this impact some weeks before. I actually donot remember a statement from their store and might they deliver me a different one. I advised the owner that used to donot owe them-and they stated it had been from AT&T. They divided a quantity, but held my telephone on since I settled the present statement. I'm underneath the impact that I settled the entire statement. And when I did so owe why my telephone continues to be on. (still onto this day). The owner stated that they'd not deliver another statement out, simply because they just deliver one-bill towards the individual owing and that is it.
I told the owner that I needed anything informing me that I owe this cash and determining their organization. It may be a phony organization looking to get some cash from me. The owner stated that these were not delivering me another declaration. The corporation named again around March or May. We went thru the exact same group and that I still have nothing written down copying what the corporation is declaring.
Around August someone else (a man having a forien highlight) named and also the same thing happened again. The man might try to out-talk me. Stated that these were not delivering another statement to me again. They delivered one this past year which was all that I had been receiving. I attempted to describe that used to donot remember getting hired. Also bad was what I had been informed. He explained that I really could lookup the info on the web about his organization which which was adequate. Personally I think this organization must deliver me info mentioned that AT&T desired them to gather some cash that I owe them. I named AT&T about that and was informed they divided a quantity that I owe and held the telephone on. No body explained this till about 9 to 10 weeks later. I requested may I spend them-and they stated that they (the telephone business) did not understand who'd the consideration. I told the Bay Area Credit Support that I needed to stay this by spending them, but I needed them to deliver me anything declaring the info required to I would like to learn about this debt owe. That is all I'd like before I spend them something. There's an excessive amount of trickery happening the telephone and web, and that I am simply defending myself. I'd like this debt resolved, but I also need to know who I'm spending and who they're addressing. Plus they WOn't do that, however they need me to pay for them THE THINGS THEY said I owed.
