I visited the verizon shop, at 91st and Upper Ave in Peoria, AZ. I met having a rude salesman, he proceeded to inform me that my telephone wasn't damaged and there is nothing he might do. I've a guarantee onto it and insurance all I needed was it to become created right. He explained that I really could obtain a new telephone at my price, however it nevertheless wouldn't repair the problem. I mentioned offer me my telephone back, I'd contact customer support rather because the shop is full of imbeciles. I'll never return there again. The salesman was really rude.
