I requested a telephone online to update and restore my 2-year agreement with AT&T. I requested the telephone on 6/18 and that I obtained a verification mail stating it'd be shipped in three to five business days. I began calling on Wed, 6/24 to discover the standing of my purchase whilst the Online Order Status never transformed from "in progress".

6/24 - consultant stated purchase appeared good. She named the factory to confirm the telephone was in-stock and stated it'd be delivered 24 hours later. Did not get it.

6/25 - consultant stated purchase appeared good. Again they named the factory to confirm the telephone was in-stock and stated I ought to obtain it 24 hours later. I expected to get a following number and recognized after I'd hung-up the telephone the repetition had provided me my AT&T purchase number whilst the following range! Again, did not get it.

6/26 - 9:30am - consultant got a repetition in the online division who stated they mightnot determine why my purchase hadnot delivered which it appeared as if the purchase was caught. She stated anything seemed good, the purchase was nevertheless there, the monetary agreement appeared good, the telephone was in-stock... Etc which it'd consider them a few hours to determine what happened. She also stated that due to the wait it'd be FedEx'd overnight. I expected to get a call-back and offered the repetition my "function quantity" whilst the instant phone I had been calling about was my boy's telephone.

6/26 - 2:30ish - no-call back. I named AT&T plus they stated they'd provided me a call-back about the instant number I'd named about despite the fact that I particularly requested them to contact me on might work quantity. Therefore today the repetition informs me it's been on backorder though it hasn't confirmed about the Online Order Status as in backorder and also the prior two times the repetition had confirmed using the factory the telephone was in-stock. And so I requested to consult with the internet department. The internet repetition stated it confirmed that it had been in a "incomplete delivery" condition and really should be delivered by Wed 7/1. I told him the online repetition that day had explained it'd be FedEx'd overnight and he explained they place in the conventional delivery signal which I wouldnot obtain it before Wed.

6/29 2:30 - online repetition stated that it had been on backorder for awhile which though it is in-stock there have been a lot of purchases that they're looking to get them delivered out. She couldn't provide me a schedule at-all on after I might obtain it. I informed her to please record when used to do not get the telephone by Friday at 5:00 I had been changing to Verizon.

Not was previously I approached via mail or telephone by AT&T to I would like to realize that the telephone was on backorder or that there will be a wait on my purchase.
