I requested the juicer by phone and was informed it'd deliver in 4-6 months. Subsequently went online and noticed their website was providing exactly the same juicer with extra bonuses for less cash. I called back the purchasing website and was informed I'd to contact customer support and also the purchase wouldn't display within their program for 24 hours. I named customer support and was informed they might not stop the purchase till it seemed within their program and also to call-back the following after (within 24hrs). I called again and was informed the same by another cust. Representative. After 24 hours I called cust serv and was informed they mightnot stop the purchase since it had previously delivered. I told them exactly what the purchase processor explained about 4-6 wks plus they stated there is nothing they might do. After I requested to get a boss the repetition was rude. Repetition wouldnt give me his last name or even the administrators title. They wont allow you to stop withing one hour of putting the purchase plus they lay about when it'll deliver. I called back and talked to a different repetition who had been just like rude whilst the others. Would not set me through to some boss, got my telephone # and stated he'd use it the administrators table. The corporation is extremely unprofessional and that I won't purchase the juicer online both. I'm calling my lender and arguing the cost. Don't cope with the corporation.
