I requested an lcd display from their store about the weekend. On Friday I tried calling to ensure it had been in-stock since I have can't-live without my notebook. No body actually responded the telephone and so I applied the live-chat on the site. I had been knowledgeable these were dropped in delivery and would not maintain for atleast 6 times. They'd 4 various displays for my notebook displaying online, and so I asked concerning the others to determine when they were in-stock. They explained they just had one type. Which was good since I have taken care of the high-res and more expensive display. So that they ended my purchase and stated I'd possess a reimbursement in 24-48 hours. I requested one from another website (happiness pcs), but named them before putting my order to verify it had been in-stock. 24 hours later I acquired the main one from Happiness Computers (I taken care of overnight delivery). Well I acquired a contact from screenaid on Mon (exactly the same evening they stated it had been dropped in delivery) that my purchase was delivered. I tried calling and contacting many times and not an answer. Nicely on Friday that?!?!! Display turned up. I'd to cover return delivery after which I'd to get hold of them to inform them I understand they receieved it back and also to credit my card. After another 5 times I eventually get a contact granting the credit. I used google checkout, therefore atleast they did not have my card number. Online it confirmed my purchase was ended, but amazingly it delivered.in order an overview I ended my purchase since I have was informed it had beennot in-stock. I obtained the display 5 nights later, needed to purchase return delivery and fourteen days later I've not observed the credit on my card.By Thursday if it'snot published a chargeback is likely to be submitted. Therefore avoid screenaid!!!
