I received my Purchase Verification from HERRSCHNERS declaring the product was in-stock and likely to provide in 6 times. I waited 14 days since their was Veterans Morning and Christmas vacation. After I approached them-they first stated it had been stopped plus they couldn't purchase anymore. After I mentioned I acquired it on the settlement sales they stated on my affirmation purchase it mentioned back-ordered. After I sent them my evidence of my purchase verification saying that it had been in stock and never on back-order they stated they'd consider it and that I never noticed from their website again. I published 3 emails without any reaction. They handle the client like trash and explained on the telephone it had been my problem for purchasing online from their online purchase. Should you purchase online do not expect your bundle from Herrschner, you have to contact to ensure they've them. They don't create to inform you your products won't be delivered, ITS YOUR CONDITION!!!
