Who is telling the truth?

I got each day removed from function to hold back for DirecTV to exhibit up between 8-noon. I obtained a phone at 12:15 declaring the specialist could be thereby 1. I inquired what she was referring to and he or she said I'dnot settled my statement. I inquired what bill since I have did not have DirecTV however!!! She stated she couldn't get my own info but that is all she understood. I called DirecTV again. This time around the repetition explained he might contact the specialist herself after which I would like to understand what happened. I had been placed on store and since I have was at the office, I really couldnot remain on the telephone permanently to hold back. The repetition also explained the installment outlines weren't down thus he did not realize both.

Therefore again I contact DirecTV. This time around another repetition informs me the records state I ended my purchase. Obviously I didn't. I mentioned I do want to today! Then he stated the installation business terminated my purchase. Then he explained he will attempt to have ahold of the contractors which somebody will-call me once they determine the issue. OR I really could contact DirecTV back and also have them wander me through some actions that may function.

Meanwhile... My bank card continues to be billed...
