It was undoubtedly the TOUGHEST online buying experience I've ever endured.in November, I requested 4 products from mytableware like a Holiday present for my mom-in law. I obtained a confirmation mail after putting the purchase, having said that all 4 products were in-stock and might deliver within 1-10 business days. After 14 days, I'd not obtained any delivery data from their store, and so I went online to check on my bill. "Not yet delivered".
About The 11th business-day (12/12) I named customer support to discover why my products hadn't delivered. The repetition stated that a few of the products weren't in however, but they might all deliver from the end-of the week. After I informed her about my issues that it didn't deliver inside the schedule that I had been guaranteed, she'd no solution and didn't apologize. She stated that she might deliver them that was in that evening, and so I questioned her to achieve that.
They didn't deliver any items which evening, or did they deliver something from the end-of the week.
On 12/19, I called back. I had been informed that 2 of my products were on backorder which I'd not be obtaining them until Feb! After I questioned why I had been informed they were in-stock and might deliver within 10 business days after I requested them, the repetition had no solution, and again, no apology. Obviously, I chose to stop the purchase. (it has been 48-hours, and that I still have not gotten my money-back both.) Today, it is 4 times before Holiday and that I need to venture out buying to locate a fresh present
I'll never look at this site again or can i suggest that anyone within their right brain store there both. It's a scam!!! You shouldn't be fooled!!!"
