I named Direct TV to ask about Television, Web, and Telephone support to my house. The very first issue I requested was if it had been open to my house. The repetition stated it had been without requesting my handle. I insisted he consider my tackle and confirm access. After placing me on-hold for a while, he confirmed the providers were open to my handle. I put an order to get a complete bundled deal. After nearly and time about the telephone with him he handed me down to a different individual to confirm my info to get a refund. Only moments into this method the repetition infomed me the telephone and web providers WEREN'T OFFERED BY MY HANDLE!!! I told him to stop the whole purchase. He mentioned he couldn't do this since I had been today contractually required towards the television support even when another providers weren't available. I put another phone to customer support and attempted to stop. That repetition was intent on re selling me it support and wouldn't quit speaking and just stop the purchase. I ultimately could stop it after spending over one hour 5 about the telephone. Meanwhile the bastards billed my CREDIT!!! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER EMPLOYING DIRECT TV. I assure you'll regret it.
