My phone had been out for over 2 months. There were 20 512-411-0000 calls made totalling $25.00.
I told them That I could not have made these calls and disputed the billing. The said that I did. Anyway, there was no way I could make these calls since my phone was not working.
I immediately cancelled service and will never do business with Trinsic again in my life and will definitely tell my friends and family to stay away.
