I recieved numerous calls from Family Readers Service 2 months ago regarding a subcriptions for three years of magazines. They wanted me to pay with credit card right at the moment. I told Family Readers Service I had to do some research on the company before I make any committment. I had ask for them to send me a contract to review. When I did some research and found that the company is not credible. They are also known for harrassing bussinesses. I decided not to continue with the process.
Not long after that I got calls everyday from Family Readers Service to my cell and business. The Reps. Harrassed me to make payments and claiming that my account is past due. Family Readers Service threaten to send me to collection agancy for three years of magazine payments that I had never agree to or sign up for.
Family Readers Service had also said they have a recording of my voice agreeing to their terms and condition, which is something I would never do. The Rep. From Family Readers Service also said they will keep on calling until I start paying. There is gotta be something I could do to stop this madness. My business can not handle the harassing calls day after, after day!
