I purchased an at&t wirless 2wire modem from at&t shop and registered for dsl. At that time the promotion was to get a complete refund about the price of the device. I shipped in my own rebate form. The refund was guaranteed 3-6 months after discount email-in. After I did not obtain it after 8 wks, I named att benefits middle. They stated my refund have been mistakenly been designated "dupe" which the issue could be fixed and that I ought to be getting my refund in 4-6 wks. 6 months later when it did not appear I called again. The consultant explained the issue should not occur which she'd repair it by having an email to her boss. I requested to talk to the boss. She assured me the issue could be set which I'd obtain my $80 refund in 4-6 months. I informed her I'd noticed this tale before and questioned if there is some kind of issue. She stated anything appeared to be so as, but there have been some kind of re-firm issue at 2wire headquarters. I ultimately, noticed my refund seem on the benefits middle data website. But, it nevertheless did not come. And so I named again and spoke to a different boss. She stated the issue might TODAY be fixed which I ought to be getting my refund in... 4-6 wks and that she was helpless to complete significantly more than that... Etc etc etc
Evidently, it is okay for AT&T consider just as much time because they prefer to recognize their funds... Nevertheless, each month I discover on my AT&t-bill when my cost is overdue... I'm to pay for overdue fees. Perhaps they must be spending overdue fees on overdue discounts.
