I ordered two computer systems from the Hewlett Packard Home Office and received one in the end of January and the other the first week of February. Each of these systems was advertised as having $180.00 in mail-in rebates. There were not any rebate forms sent with the computer systems, so I called their rebate center and I was given a web address where I was told I could print out the rebate forms. When I went online at that site, there were not any rebate forms listed for the advertised special I had ordered from. I called back the rebate center and I was told by Mark that the rebate forms would be mailed to me and that I should receive them in 7-10 days. The rebate forms never arrived, so I called the rebate center again and spoke with a representative named Katie on March 23rd. She told me that she would mail me the rebate forms for offers CD03006, BT39A06 and DT01013 and that I should allow 14 days for them to arrive. They never arrived. On April 6th I called the rebate center again and spoke with a Sam Diaz and told him I had never gotten the rebate forms. He informed me that the period for submitting the rebate forms had expired. I then told him I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and he then told me that his supervisor approved my $360.00 rebate and that I would get a check in 5-6 weeks. It has been almost 3 months and the rebate never came. When I called the rebate center again on June 8th, they again told me they would mail the rebate forms-and they never came.
