I bought a software cd rom package for learning Portuguese from Comp USA in Sept. The software came with a mail-in $20.00 rebate. I mailed it in - months went by-no rebate. I have contacted Transparent Language throught their e-mail system for over 10 months. Every time I e-mail them about my non-existant rebate, they send back a form letter saying they have recieved my rebate info-but are having problems with their rebate center-please be patient-the problem is being rectified and I shall receive my rebate soon.&so far no rebate.
