I used to travel frequently to the USA for both business and leisure so kept my pre-paid account active and always topped up. Due to unfortunately circumstances the last time I was in the USA was end of Summer 2009 and accounts usage reflects that.
Between then (Summer 2009) and now I have only topped up with hope that I would get back to the USA again for leisure purpose only. I had all intention of going back, however there is nothing in the foreseeable future.
All I am asking for is a refund on the unused credit $49.13 that I have added to continuously each year to keep this account active. I have tried calling Customer Care, but they don't seem to care.
