Account being cancled

On 11-8 i paid a bill and they told me my contrack was up on the 16th of november so again on 11-16 i called and cancled thinking it was done i went on with my mundane life on12-15 i get a bill not a credit for 163.90 so i call they say no problem your contract is cancled ok then again i get a bill 12/30 i get a bill for 153.09 so i go to t-mobile on belair rd baltimore and they say call custumer service ok i did just that I started wwith a nice greeting of hello who are you today mam and precided to state my case she stated to me it was noted that both phone numbeers was closed out on the 16th then she put me thru to flex pay and this person i greeted the same way she told me they dont credit flex pay account for any unused porsions of the flex pay bill my cycle is or was fromthe8th to the 8th ok so what they are saying is that they get to keep the balance from the 16th to the 8th of the following mounth even if my account is closed not so i ask for the presedents number or e-mail and was given [email protected] not that site ask for a pass word and they did not provide it so now what iam i crazy or stupid. I will get to the bottom of this even if i have to get one of those law firms that take your case base on winning iam sure i will lol be paying them and or the money i get they will take lol but i will not give up even if i dont get the money and the law firm gets it all
