I spoke with a member service representative reference my account on 5-22-13. Account was canceled due to relocation. After speaking with a representative about closing account, and returning my HD receivers. Account rep. Stated no cancellation charges would be accessed until HD receivers where returned and my account was credited for the balance. Received email from company today stating account was debited for cancellation fees. $262.50 was taken out of my account. I then spoke with a Dish Network supervisor named Nate (ID # HKY) who stated that the prior rep. Gave misleading information and that there is nothing they can do. I am furious at the fact that I was a loyal customer and payed my bill on time every month, but they tell me they cannot do anything.
