This company is horrible! Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Life Fitness Treadmill from them and was promised a lifetime warranty on the machine. I also purchased every insurance and warranty upgrade they offered to make sure I had no problems in the future with the machine. When I received the machine... It didn't work. I've been fighting for months with them to try and get them to fix it... With no luck. At one time they told me I just needed to figure out how to fix it myself!!! It's been months of fighting with them, months of paying for a machine that doesn't work... And they have yet to send a technician out to fix it. Moral of the story... If you buy a machine from them and happen to get lucky (receive a machine that works), the first time you have any problems with the machine, your luck will run out. They don't honor their warranties. They don't return phone calls and emails... And most importantly... They don't care. Run... Seriously, run as far away from this company as possible. Do no purchase anything from them.
