This report is in relation to a fitness class I signed up for, but never attended, yet I am continuously billed for it.
I attended a trial class on November 8th, at which point I paid $20 for the trial. After the trial, I decided to sign up for the class since it was the kind of class I was looking for.
During the sign up process, I was never told that if I cancelled my subscription, I would be continuously billed.
On November 12th, I learned that I would be put on a different work schedule, and since I work an hour and a half from the location of the class, the class times did not work for me. Additionally, since I go to school on the weekends, attending the class was impossible given the times they were held.
On the same day I found out about my schedule change, I called Steve Sohns and asked the person who answered the phone about the procedure to cancel my subscription.
