Doctors and skin care spas beware! Do not make a $50,000 purchase or you may very well be sorry. HPT Technologies sold an RF-250 machine to our practice which quit working in short order. They will not honor the warranty.
The company claims that lotion was spilled on the outside of the machine, which then 'ingressed' and damaged the internal circuit boards of the machine.in fact, lotion was never spilled on the machine - and when their representative viewed the machine he commented that ours was the cleanest machine he had ever seen.
Buy from this supplier at your own risk. Although the technology works well, they build a flimsy machine that will not stand up to serious usage. When the machine (which costs $50,000) breaks - and it will - HPT/High Profile Technologies will not honor the warranty.
