I purchased the easy step stepper ms90 fitness machine for $100.00 from Target Stores in January.in July the plastic pulley broke in half and now the machine is unusable. I contacted the manufacturer Impex Fitness because the stepper has a 2 year warranty on parts. They originally did e-mail me back and told me that they would send to me the part that I needed. After 2 weeks past without the part, I again e-mailed them to ask where it was. Impex Fitness never e-mailed me back and after multiple e-mails to their customer service department they still have not e-mailed me back. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have not even replied back to them.
The part on this machine that broke must cost $6.00 at most and this company fails to honor their warranty on the stepper machine. Why do they even have a warranty if they are not going to honor it.
