My fiance and I was going camping this weekend, we bought a blow up queen size bed, that was defective, we ended up having to sleep in a camper with some friends. We took the bed and the receipt back to Walmart. We ask for our money back, gift card or a replacement bed, they refused to help us with any of this. I said so what you are telling me, we just got screwed, and the manager stated yes.
Ive also bought the walmart prepaid visa cards to pay bills with. I put 100 on the card, drove the 2 blks to my home, and when I called the cable company, they said it would not accept it, I called the card and it was 50 less than what I put on it. I called the number again and spoke to a supervisor, she stated a name of a talk line... Which turned out to be a sex line had took 50 off the card, they assured me that they would put the money back on my card, I tried to pay the bill again, and guess what! Not only was the 50 not on there, the other 50 was gone to the same company. Im the only person with access to this card, and I have spoken to several people who have had the same problem.
