Smoke City in Decatur, Tx. My husband bought 35.25 dollars worth of cigarette products. He gave them a fifty dollar bill and a twenty dollar bill. He thought he gave them two twentys. His change was 14.00 when it should have been 34.75 so were 20.75 ripped off. I went back to the store, the boy that ripped us off wasn't there his sister was there. She said she would not give me my money back. She lied her face off. I told her she will be reported she said go-a head. So Here I am.
