Charter Communications has been charging me for On Demand service even though it does not work in my area. After several phone calls the service is not fixed, and I am charged for the service anyway.
Likewise I was charged for access to HBO, and Cinemax even though I do not have access to these channels.
I have canceled my service with them, and am not looking for any further redress (I believe a refund was in order). Now I hope to let others know about their despicable business practices.
