Fairly simple, I bought a new rifle from them. Received it Friday, went to shoot it Sunday - click, click... Contacted them and they did nothing but refer me to the manufacturer: DPMS, where it would take 10-14 business days (i.E. 2-3 weeks). They said they would pay to ship ground to DPMS (what they claim is going 'above and beyond') and I said, no, you will overnight it there and back or give me a refund - ground would add another 7-10 days. That is where they tried to hide behind the notion that they could not take back a gun because it was 'used' and that they could not exchange it for one to sell 'new'. Told them that was not my problem, and spoke to a fellow named Derek (who claimed he was the General Manager) who didn't like my attitude, or the idea that I did not buy it from the manufacturer, I bought it from Bud's and they should take care of me. No deal there, he didn't want to address the issue, so he closed my account, and begrudgingly said he would issue a refund.
