I bought a graphic card from best buy, and the wrong item was in the in the wrong box, i took the item right back to best buy and the manager on duty, a ms adriane (only name given) told me that i had to send it back to the manufacturer, to which i ask why, i did not give my money to the manufacturer, i gave it to best buy, but she gave me not answer. I even called customer service, and they said the same, the day i bought the graphic card the sales man ensured me that if i had any problem with the item, i could bring it back for a full refund, i guess they will say anything to get a sale
