On September 15th I signed a training contract with LA Fitness for Speed and Agility for my baseball club of kids 11,12 and 13. There would be a total of 30-40 kids in the gym at a time using the baseball gym to run speed and agility by the trainer that I signed up with. I paid a deposit of over $400 at that time. Our team began training on October 18th with our trainer. When we came in on October 25t to train again I was told that the instructor that we were training with was fired and we would be using another trainer. Although the first trainers credentials were what I was looking for the second trainer that we were introduced to was great at his craft and I was okay with the switch. After two weeks of training with the new instructor I was approached by the weekend manager and the trainer and informed that the new trainer was not getting a good deal and was not happy with the pay he was being given by LA Fitness, I was more than happy to offer another $30 a session to our new trainer and was also informed that there was another problem but he would talk to me next week about the issue. After 4 weeks of training total I was called mid week by the NEW head trainer at LA Fitness who informed me that our club was a liability and that he was going to have to cancel the training.
