They hired a trainer I had been working out with for our 4 years I went to Fitness Connection to train with him at a Pasadena location, they then moved him to the East Freeway location, a temporary gym that was small and very hot and overpacked with what I am sure is a fire hazard.
They had one trainer for over 3 thousand members and after a few months he left the gym, i tried to cancel my training contract due to the trainer leaving. The company refused to refund me over $500.00 worth of unused session and no other trainer was provided. Over a week later a new trainer call to set up an appointment which he later cancelled.
After explaining to the company that I did not feel comfortable training with a new trainer, who was younger, the coporate office instructed me that "I did not have a choice and I would have to train with him." I did not appreciate being FORCED to train with someone I did not feel comfortable with.
The corporate office repeatedly ignore emails and phone calls, they gave me the wrong address to send in a cancellation notice. I was told that if I did not train with the only trainer they had at this location that I would lose all money and they in my opinion stole money for services they did not provide and they did not even try to provide services that I feel are suitable.
