Please dont be ripped off. LA Fitness/Body of Change personal taining is nothing more than a massive money making scam. They dont care about fitness training, only $ They will tell you what it takes to get you locked into their contract, and then cast you aside. There will be no custom training programs, or periodic body measurements, or bodyfat calculations. Nobody cares after your 3 day cancelation period is up. You do not see your trainer until you have signed the contract.
Their trainers are all being exploited beyond belief, as they are only being paid $6 a session to train clients. Trainers frequently quit, so clients are bounced around from trainer to trainer, or sometimes without a trainer altogether. Personal training at LA Fitness is also not cheap. $35 to $50 for a half hour session! Clients pay top dollar to be trained by underpayed trainers who dont care about their job. Please dont be ripped off by these criminals. If you just read this, tell others, spread the word. I am not speaking about any individual location, I am talking about the company as a whole.
