I had signed up for Personal training, I set an appt for with the trainer for the same week. The trainer never showed up to our session. I was never able to get in contact with the trainer so by the end of week 1 I had cancel my personal training membership. A few weeks went by and I receive a collection notice for the personal training, which when I originally signed up they were suppose to debit the entire funds of $400.00 out of my account. I never sign a credit application with them to finance my session with a personal trainer. I called the collections dept which is National Fitness. They told me that they never had my cancellation form that I would have to go the gym and speak with the manager.
I spoke with John the manager he stated he would take care of it he will call National fitness which is their collection dept personally to resolve the issue. He asked me if I wanted to reinstate my personal training because in his records it shows it was paid in full.
