Ripoff Unaccepable customer service questionable availability of product poor busines practices

I ordered a set of Irons on November 17. On Nov. 29th I followed up on the status of shipment. I was tolded someone would call me back. That never happened, I called on Dec. 3rd and was told that the order shipped a week ago and that they would trace the order with UPS and give me call back that afternoon. That never happened.

I called back on Dec. 6th, I was told that they didn't have time to call me back when I requested a UPS tracker number, I was told that my order had been shipped over a week ago and that they would call me back with information. When I told them that I did not have confidence in them calling me back, I was told that they didn't care, they were to busy. I told them that I should go ahead and cancel my order, I was told to go ahead, they didn't care. Fortunately, I have not been billed.

I have read the other complaints aganist this company and the response of apology that amounts to an excuse of overseas parts. My point has nothing to do with this. My complaint is with the way I was treated as a customer acting on good faith and was told they didn't care. I would unquestionably advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Best Buy Golf Supply.
