I ordered a set of golf clubs on october 20th of 2002. I was promised 3-7 day proccesing and paid extra for overnight delivery.
It is now november 14th and still nothing. Ive emailed a few times and have yet to get a responce. On the internet to my suprise found your website and saw all the complaints issued.
This upset me. I immedaitley called to cancel my order. I left a message as many people have done so i called my credit card.
I think i might be one of the lucky ones because my credit card has not been billed yet.
I called back and told them i called my credit card and even if they tried to process it would not go through.
I hope best buy golf supply decides to try a different venture because they dont know what they are doing with this!
